THE VAN DOES HAVE A REBUILT RESTORED TITLE WITH THE TRUE MILES UNKNOWN. According to CarFax, the salvage title was originally issued on 8/30/06 when it had 15,736 miles on it. Then "not actual miles" was added on 11/20/06. I took the van in on trade from my sister-in-law who has been the owner since 11/20/06. It was very reliable for her, she just needed a 15 passenger van and traded this one in. When she traded it in, it showed 68,313 miles on it. Due to a short in the instrument cluster, we had to change it out for a used one that showed 16,863 miles on it. That fixed the problems and that is what the miles show now.
